Service Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the terms and conditions for your braai cruise. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Booking & Payment

All reservations require a confirmed booking and full payment in advance.
Bookings can be made online through our website https:www.madiba1charters.co.za or by phone at 0810444674.
We accept all major credit cards and EFT payments.

2. Cruise Details

Departure and arrival location: Cape Town Waterfront, The Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island Jetty.
Cruise duration: [Cruise duration 2 Hours (subject to weather conditions).
Capacity: The braai cruise operates with a maximum capacity of 200 passengers.
3. Inclusions

Scenic cruise along the Cape Town coastline.
Braai (barbecue) with a selection of grilled meats, salads, and side dishes.
cash bar serving a variety of drinks (non-alcoholic).
Use of on-board amenities (subject to availability): [List amenities, e.g., restrooms, upper deck viewing area].

4. Exclusions
Alcoholic Beverages

Gratuities for the crew are not included but are greatly appreciated.
Any additional food or drinks beyond what's included.
Personal expenses and souvenirs.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 5days prior to departure will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 1days of departure will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the cruise or for no-shows.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions that prevent the cruise from operating, Madiba1 Charters reserves the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety & Conduct

The safety of our passengers and crew is our top priority. Please adhere to all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
Life jackets must be worn when instructed by the crew.

7. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.

8. Personal Belongings

Madiba1 Charters is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Images & Recordings

Madiba1 Charters reserves the right to take photos and videos during the cruise for promotional purposes. Passengers who do not wish to be included in such materials should inform a crew member.

10. Liability

Madiba1 Charters is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by passengers during the cruise, except in cases of proven negligence by the company.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of South Africa.
By booking a braai cruise with Madiba1 Charters, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
